Panty Pirate was on his way to meet BH3GM. The instruction card said he’d be somewhere in Nangang Park. It wasn’t too hard to find him. First there was a handprint of buttercream frosting on the red Chinese gate. Next there was a trail of candy sprinkles through the flower beds. Finally there was the gigantic, wooden pirate ship in the duck pond with a massive, red bow across the masts, and BH3GM on the crow’s nest shouting “Over here! Over here!” “Arr, what be this monstrosity?” asked Panty Pirate. “It’s a present for you! Happy birthday!” said BH3GM. “It’s not my… where did you get this?” asked a flabbergasted Panty Pirate. “I made it,” said BH3GM, “from the wreckage of ships destroyed in past hash stories. Now you can go on a panty raid!” “Arr, ye don’t know what a panty raid is, do ye?” said Panty Pirate. “No,” said BH3GM. “Ye should probably return it to the black depths from whence it came,” said Panty Pirate, “or else it will be too obvious what trail the hashers should take when we hare here in September.” “Aww, but I worked so hard on it,” said BH3GM, “the sails are made of women’s underwear. I christened it with Taiwan Beer. Also, I left a surprise for you on the poop deck!” “Arr, please tell me you didn’t… never mind. What about the figurehead? Is that supposed to be a mermaid?” asked Panty Pirate. “No, that’s XiaoJiJi in a wetsuit,” said BH3GM, “I accidentally netted him while he was scuba diving.” “Put me back in the water,” said the GM. “Shh, mermaids can’t talk,” said BH3GM.
