It was a lazy day on the Dahan river: fishermen were fishing, elders were practicing tai chi, and sewage plants were quietly dumping their waste. No one noticed a periscope peeking up from the depths. Suddenly, the summer serenity was smashed as a submarine somehow surfaced from the shallow stream, scattering the seagulls and causing a few practicing dragon boats to take evasive maneuvers. “Achtung!
